At Coop restaurants, the origin of our meat is paramount. In dishes that use beef, pork and veal we rely almost exclusively on Swiss meat. For chicken and turkey meat, we purchase our range only from suppliers that are audited by Coop and Bell. Furthermore, we are constantly working to incorporate even more meat from Swiss farms in our dishes. The transparency and quality of our ingredients matter to us.
