Coop restaurants throughout Switzerland are taking part in Veganuary again in 2025. All daily veggie meals will be vegan in January. In addition, the Coop restaurants will choose from over 1,800 vegan recipes to add to the varied salad and side dish buffets. In short, we will be offering well-balanced and tasty vegan specialities throughout our range. All vegan options will be labelled "vegan".
Vegan sandwiches, such as fried king oyster mushrooms and guacamole in a spelt roll or grilled vegetables, hummus and ajvar in a rustic roll, complete our offering. Every Coop restaurant will feature a daily vegan sandwich as an attractive option for those looking for a light bite.
Customers can look forward to a host of tasty surprises in Veganuary 2025.
